The Molecular Imaging and Therapy Service (MITS) is part of the Department of Radiology at MSK. Our
team of physicians, technologists, nurses, physicists, pharmacists, and radiochemists provides a
comprehensive clinical serviceThe Molecular Imaging and Therapy Service (MITS) is part of the Department of Radiology at MSK. Our
team of physicians, technologists, nurses, physicists, pharmacists, and radiochemists provides a
comprehensive clinical service, conducts translational and clinical research, maintains active residency
and fellowship programs, and provides institutional research support for a large number of diagnostic and
therapeutic clinical trials. We are looking for additional faculty members to join our service, starting in mid
to late 2024.


  • Interested candidates should have:
  • Excellent clinical skills covering the entire spectrum of nuclear medicine with particular interest in
    oncologic imaging and radionuclide therapy (theranostics)
  • Board certification in nuclear medicine (ABNM)
  • Eligibility for New York State license
  • Willingness to initiate or participate in clinical and translational research
  • Interpersonal skills to collaborate productively within our service and across the institution

Salary: 350,000-500,000

Physician compensation is based on multiple variables. This range represents annual salary only and
does not include supplemental performance-based pay or any one-time payments that eligible candidates
may be offered at the time of hire.
