Exciting Opportunities at MSK: Multiple openings on EPIC Cupid and EPIC Radiant team

Join our dynamic team as an Application Analyst I, where you’ll tackle complex business challenges through technology, workflow, and integration solutions. This role offers the opportunity to influence system design, lead cross-functional problem-solving, and make a measurable impact on our operational efficiency and digital transformation initiatives.

Role Overview

  • Maintain and develop new documentation tools such as flow sheet, smart sets, and notes
  • Assist with answering tickets in EPIC work ques
  • Analyze complex business problems and design technology, integration, and workflow solutions.
  • Identify system gaps and provide technical expertise to inform functional specifications.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders
  • Actively contribute to technical discussions, offering insights that improve solutions.
  • Assist with work ques within EPIC

Key Qualifications

  • Active certification in EPIC Radiant and/or EPIC Cupid required
  • Proven ability to work independently while contributing within cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of business process analysis and system design.

Core Skills

  • Ability to work in a high volume environment with limited supervision
  • Ability to clarify ambiguous problems and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Proficiency in configuring and scaling systems to support business goals.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage peers, users, and others

Additional Information:

  • Pay Range: 90,700.00 - 145,300.00
  • Reporting to Associate Director, Application Services
  • Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday
  • Location: Hybrid; 3x a month (with flexibility as needed) at 633 Third Ave, New York, NY
