POSITION SUMMARYThe Parkway School District Director of Choice Programs plays a critical role in advancing the district’s commitment to providing high-quality educational options and opportunities for all students. The Director of Choice Programs will oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of specialized programs designed to meet the diverse needs and interests of students within the district. SPHERE AND SCOPE OF INFLUENCE The Director of Choice Programs supervises Spark! Program Directors, the Choice Programs Counselor, and the Career & Technical Education Curriculum Lead Teacher. In addition, the Director oversees the following Choice Programs:
The Director manages an $800,000+ budget and is responsible for grant reporting for the Carl D. Perkins Grant, as well as the CTE Base and Performance Grant. This position works with building principals, assistant principals, and counselors regularly, in addition to industry and community partners. Minimum Salary: $110,658Twelve Month Working ContractExcellent Fringe Benefits Valid Missouri DESE administrative certification required.
