Position requires an active and valid PA Secondary English certification (7-12). Previous experience as a High School English Teacher is preferred. Candidate must have a thorough knowledge of the physical and psychological aspects of secondary-school aged students and good communication skills. Must understand and be able to teach the approved curriculum.Knowledge of student development at the secondary school level is essential. Experience incorporating technology seamlessly into lessons is desired. The ability to develop instructional groups and deliver a comprehensive instruction based on the needs of the students using student data is a must.
