The Care Facilities Coordinator (FC) is responsible for maintaining a safe, healthy, and secured functional Customer Experience Center (CEC) environment. The FC collaborates closely with a Regional Facilities Manager, CEC leadership, and cross-functional partnerships to implement strategic direction and maintain a safe working environment, while balancing existing work with immediate on-site needs and asks. The FC provides the support and analysis for overall day-to-day operations and maintenance (facility management) for the assigned site, working with leadership, on-site clients, TMO internal & external partners. The position responds to issues and site facilities needs; minor maintenance repairs and upkeep (building, assets, furniture, patch/paint, etc.); assists with on-site event setup/takedown; responsible for on-site comfort control and BMS system navigation; analyzes information; prepares reports; tracks program and project milestones; leads all aspects of tactical progress for assigned programs; places work and goods orders; disaster planning; works with leadership and customers to identify issues, process improvements, recommend controls and measurements; and oversees projects as warranted.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for resolving facilities issues in support of CEC staff including, but not limited to:  Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Janitorial, Security, Event Management, Vendor Management, and Signage

  • The role is responsible for current knowledge of city, state, and federal codes and regulations governing facility. The role is also responsible for authorship and upkeep of Facilities Benchmarking and Disaster Business Continuity plans for facility.

  • Coordinate in-house moves-adds-changes, including system furniture reconfigurations, special accommodation & ergonomic equipment, and new construction. Review and collaborate on related drawings, specifications, and estimates. Coordinate on- and off-site storage activity.

  • Partner with Regional Facilities Manager with preparation and monitoring of monthly site budget tracker, generates Purchase Orders, manages facility shipping/receiving, tracks invoices and AP processing, negotiation, and implementation of contracts for maintenance and repair of facility, and monitors operating budgets and reconciliation of expenses. Awareness of the site budget, initiatives, and priorities expected to help meet site and Enterprise objectives. Collaborates with TMUS Engineering, IT, Finance, Procurement, Environmental Health & Safety, and Corporate Real Estate for special facility-related projects.

  • Partner with Regional Facilities Manager and Critical Infrastructure Team to support quarterly and as-needed preventive maintenance of critical equipment, including HVAC, electrical and mechanical systems, fire-life-safety systems, and related services.

  • On-call availability including weekends.

  • Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as needed by the business.

Min Requirements

  • Demonstrates ability to identify underlying issues and implement solutions

  • Experience with MS tools such as SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Strong negotiating and influence skills

  • Valid Driver’s License in relevant State

  • Ability to adjust to a flexible schedule: day, afternoon and weekend shifts; on-call and holidays

Desired

  • Experience gathering, analyzing, and using information to develop actionable steps that improves processes and results

  • Project Management experience

  • Knowledge or experience with repair or physical building management practices

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent

• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• T-Mobile requires all employees in this position to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19, unless precluded from doing so by applicable law.
