What You’ll Do

  • Provide expert nursing care to patients of all ages using the nursing process
  • Lead and supervise licensed and non-licensed staff during your shift
  • Ensure compliance with ER nursing standards and best practices
  • Act as Charge Nurse, coordinating patient care and staff assignments
  • Communicate effectively with leadership, including notifying the Director of unit concerns
  • Float to other units as needed and support staffing coverage, including on-call shifts
  • Maintain excellence in care delivery—even during challenging conditions

Additional Job Description

What You Bring

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina or compact state
  • BLS & ACLS certifications (American Heart Association required)
  • Minimum 2 years of RN experience
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred, but not required
  • Strong leadership, delegation, and critical-thinking skills
