What You’ll Do
- Provide expert nursing care to patients of all ages using the nursing process

Lead and supervise licensed and non-licensed staff during your shift
- Ensure compliance with ER nursing standards and best practices
- Act as Charge Nurse, coordinating patient care and staff assignments
- Communicate effectively with leadership, including notifying the Director of unit concerns
- Float to other units as needed and support staffing coverage, including on-call shifts
- Maintain excellence in care delivery—even during challenging conditions
Additional Job Description
What You Bring
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina or compact state

BLS & ACLS certifications (American Heart Association required)
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred, but not required
- Strong leadership, delegation, and critical-thinking skills
