Job Description
Provides risk appropriate referrals and health related information to library patrons.
Assist patrons in accessing community services, in filling out applications, and in understanding information from community organizations in relation to their needs.
Participates in ongoing professional development and technical assistance with project leadership as required.
Coordinates with community partners to provide diverse programming reflecting our community.
Cultivates relationships with other organizations that serve Orangeburg County residents.
Maintain records of services and provides project activity reports to Director as needed.
Acts as a liaison between library patrons and outside agencies and makes appropriate referrals for their needs.
Works cooperatively with outside agencies and resources. Must be aware of eligibility criteria for participation in each agency’s programs.
Must be able to work independently. Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
Perform other associated duties as required, related to the above essential functions.

Education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent Work Experience: 4-6 years
