Job Description
The Speech Language Pathologist II reports to the Clinical Manager of Speech Language Pathology. The Speech Language Pathologist II is responsible for the provision of treatment and intervention for patients with speech, voice, language, communication, swallowing and related disabilities. Services are provided to the following populations: Pediatrics & Adults, Inpatient and Outpatient.

Education:
Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP) and one year clinical work experience as a SLP required. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA) and current licensure in SLP by the State of South Carolina required. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required, either a certification from an American Heart Association (AHA) BLS for Healthcare Providers (or AHA recognized equivalent) or an American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Provider also required.
